Your order of scraper blades, safety knives and hooked blades from Knife -Point can be cancelled as long as you cancel your order prior to the shipping of your trimming knife blades, hand knives, safety knives, hand tools and power tool accessories. This cancellation will not result in any penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have been taken to pay for you order of Stanley knife blades including Stanley 1992, Stanley 5192, Stanley 1996. To cancel any order of knife blades and hooked blades, simply cancel an order by following the links on the Knife-Point website.

When you are ordering Don Carlos knives, scraper blades and woodworking planer blades from the Knife-Point website, you will only pay one delivery charge per order. The delivery charge requested for each order of Olfa safety knives and Gr8 pro safety knives will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service.

When you have added items such as trimming knife blades, 9mm snap off blades and carpet fitting tools to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Although we take a huge amount of pride in our fantastic range of safety knives, trimming knife blades, Stanley knife blades and carpet fitting tools, we understand that sometimes a customer may have to return an item if it not the knife or blade that they expected it would be. You may also wish to return your Bosch planer blades, Black & Decker planer blades, Dolphin knives or Delfin knives if you have simply changed your mind.

If you do need to return a trimming knife blade or carpet fitting tool purchased from Knife-Point then you have 7 working days to do so.  The power tool accessories, hand tools or hand knives must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the knives and blades must also come back to us.

Your order of Olfa safety knives, Gr8 pro safety knives, Bosch planer blades, Black & Decker planer blades, Dolphin knives and Delfin knives should also be returned to Knife –Point with their original packaging. If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement of your safety knife, Stanley knife or scraper blade, provided we are aware of this within 3 working days. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
